Shipping
Every item we send is fully insured. If something should happen to your item in transit, we will give you a full refund or send a new basket free of charge.
Express and Priority orders placed by 2 PM EST ship the same day; orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day.
Saturday delivery is available only by choosing Express shipping on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery in the order comments box. Saturday delivery is the cost of Express shipping plus an additional $19, which will be charged separately after your order has shipped.
Returns
We are confident in the quality of our items, so our return policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with your order in any way, simply return the product(s) within 60 days for a full refund or store credit. Please note that perishable items (such as food baskets or flowers) are not returnable.
